The Audit Process: Authentic Evaluation
Our certified auditor will discretely attend your class—unannounced—to ensure you teach exactly as you normally would.
Audit Formats
In-Person or Live Virtual Class (via platform like Zoom).
Contingency Submission of a Pre-Recorded Class Video if live observation is not possible.

Effective Cueing: Precision and clarity of verbal cues, timing, pacing, and use of anatomical language to safely guide students through the sequence.
Class Sequence Design: Assessment of the logical flow, progression, peak pose development, and overall structural integrity of the class.
Registration Accuracy: Does the delivered class content, intensity, and style accurately reflect the class description provided to the student?
Inclusive Environment: Evaluation of the overall student experience, including language, demeanor, and attitude, to ensure a welcoming, supportive, and accessible space for all participants.
Effective Use of Props & Music: Review of how props are integrated for support or challenge, and the appropriateness and execution of the music selection.

The Member Experience Service (MES)
How many times has a student congratulated you on an awesome job with a class or workout? It happens all the time, but how many times has a student given constructive feedback? It doesn’t happen enough and often they simple stop coming or go somewhere else.
The Member Experience Service is designed to go along with an in depth questionnaire that is completed prior to the visit. You tell us what your expectations are for your clientelle’s experience and we asses our experience based on that. This is not a pass or fail test! It’s a tool for you and your staff to get feedback in way that allows you to highlight areas for growth
